Didier Bonvin, self-educated cook, produces gourmet cuisine using local products. The fireplace A glass of wine and a Valais platter of meats, bread and cheese next to a fireplace. The ideal way for you to relax. Wine cellar Didier Bonvin, a lover of Bordeaux wines, will find the wine suited for you and the present moment. The discovery of bottles from the Region will be a pleasant surprise. Breakfast A hearty breakfast: homemade jams, artisanal breads, salami sausages and mountain pasture cheeses. Fresh fruit and vegetable juices are available; you can prepare your own Bircher Muesli as well. Raclette evenings The traditional Raclette evening takes place once a week and is prepared with the excellent « Raclette AOC du Valais » cheese.
